Ajay Virmani
Co-Founder
Ajay Virmani, an innovative and results-driven entrepreneur, conceptualized Auroma Global Connect into existence. He has been at the forefront and the backbone of all of the enterprises he has worked with providing his expertise by managing compliances and regulatory hurdles, developing profitable strategies and successful structures and building thriving financial models. He has an outstanding reputation for building trust, delivering excellence and building long term relationships.
He did his schooling at St. Thomas School Kolkatta and pursued his higher education in Commerce at St. Xavier’s College. As a first-generation entrepreneur, he has built and sold numerous businesses across leather upholstery, real estate, logistics and warehouse with a focus on building profitable, sustainable businesses in collaboration with Global MNCs. His last calling before Auroma Global Connect was to reshape the logistics industry in India and thus inaugurated his company Auroma Logistics Pvt Ltd, a leading player in South India in warehousing, logistics and transportation. It served MNCs like Samsung, Whirlpool, Panasonic, Asian Paints, Jaquar and many other similar companies. He worked on it for over 20 years, made it a profitable business, and sold it to ProConnect Supply Chain Solutions Limited, a subsidiary of Redington India Ltd.
Through Auroma Global Connect, Ajay Virmani is keen to provide automation solutions to different industries including the logistics industry by fully harnessing the latest in technology such as drones, robotics etc. He strongly believes that the future is purely technology-based and we have taken it upon ourselves to provide cutting edge solutions for our clients.
Saloni Nath Mehra
Co-Founder
Saloni Nath Mehra has worked with a portfolio of start-ups focused on kids and education sectors. She worked closely with founders to shape their growth strategies, build innovative operating models, tap new revenue streams including consumer licensing, help forge alliances and mentor the founders to scale-up their business. In select cases, she took on functional responsibilities for driving sales and forging alliances.
Starting from her role as an account executive at J Walter Thomson India, she moved onto being the assistant manager of sales for Sony Entertainment Television, India. Having aced her responsibilities there, her next big move was to Walt Disney Company India were she excelled as the regional head of North & East India. She went on to become the director of Mycity4kids.com, the business head of Hindustan Times, Fever Entertainment, an independent consultant and Investor and finally the business head of Studio and MyMoney of MOMSPRESSO.
Aditya Jain
Aditya Jain hails from a family of successful businessmen and has 10 years of experience in managing and developing business from various sectors. He completed H.R in the College of Commerce and Economics in 2007 and went on to finish his BBA in Marketing from Michigan State University in 2010.
After he returned from his studies abroad, Aditya began his first venture of manufacturing garments at the age of 21, following which he worked at Midas International for 3 years as a business developer. In 2015, Aditya founded his own company, Vihaan Impex, under the banner of his father’s successful company YUNICORN. Vihaan Impex specializes in the wholesale import of spectacles from China and its distribution all over India.
With his expertise in business management, sourcing and procurement, communication and negotiation, networking, strategic planning and foreign trade, Aditya is passionate about helping international brands from around the world enter and expand in India through Auroma Global Connect!
Bhupinder Nath
Bhupinder Nath has over 50 years of experience in the Indian Automotive & Material Handling Industry. He has successfully forged multiple joint ventures and alliances with overseas companies, run large and midsized companies including all aspects of sales, marketing, production and managing the P&L of the firm. He has also built rewarding, deep relationships with industry associations and the government and regulatory bodies to support companies in the field.
After graduating from St. Stephen's College Delhi with a B.Sc degree, Bhupinder joined Jost's Engineering Company and rose up to the position of General Manager. Following this he excelled as a Vice-President in Marketing in the Maini Group and went onto becoming the Vice-President of Zyxel Logistics Private Limited. He is currently working as a Technical Advisor in Techvos India.
Being a seasoned veteran with expertise in sales and service, business development, marketing, consultancy, administration and in achieving revenue goals, Bhupinder is set out to establish Auroma Global Connect's global partners as key competitors in the Indian market.
